Wellbeing Hubs - When a professional is on annual leave or on holidays

Would it be possible to have a holiday/annual leave option that professional's can use to block out availability in Wellbeing Hubs?



For client's in Wellbeing Hub's, it would mean that the professional doesn't appear just as unavailable, but instead the client will know that the professional is on holidays/annual leave and that's the reason why they're currently appearing as unavailable in the Wellbeing Hub.

Idea/Suggestion: Make it possible for the Office Information email address to be used for client-to-clinic/professional contact

Make it possible for the email address in the Office Information section of Settings to be used as the email address in the booking confirmation email and for it to be the only option for clients trying to contact their professional through their client Kara Connect account

Be able to Customise reminder emails

Make it possible to modify the text and look of reminder emails going out to clients.

Allow users to send those emails in their design in line with their branding. Also be able to control when and how many reminder emails are sent.

An email to clients who have not filled in their Client Registration Requirements after booking

It would be very beneficial if there was an email sent to client's after they have a made a booking but have not filled-in the client registration requirements straightaway. The reason for this is because, if a client has to fill-in the requirements before the session starts, this can cause session time to be lost - there have been 2-3 instances in the last two weeks where sessions have started 5-10 mins late because of this, so it would be great if there was an additional email notification to the client.

Block times flexible

Hi! Would it be possible to please smooth the function of the 'block' time slots option? It is a feature used frequently to ensure admin times/lunch/days off/ non-client work meetings and the current menu is time-consuming; this would be a huge quality of life improvement.

Potentially; a drag-and-drop way just as client sessions currently is possible: eg when dragging time in the calendar to allow for (instead of 'book client') a 'block time off' option (eg at present it has group therapy button; add to this a block time option?). Thank you!
